You should know

I recently watched this video and shared it with all my nieces, nephews, and my son. I believe many kids today struggle with social anxiety, and it’s understandable why. Growing up, this generation spent a lot of time indoors — parents were busy working, kids had video games, iPads, and TV to keep them occupied. It’s nobody’s fault, but maybe being a wallflower isn’t a weakness after all — it might actually be a hidden strength.

This video is so helpful because it shows kids that what they experience as social anxiety can actually be a superpower, not something to be ashamed of. It’s empowering to reframe those feelings as part of what makes them unique and strong.
